Croix-Rouge Natation junior

Designed for children aged from 5 to 12 years old, the Red Cross Swim Junior includes 10 levels for learning swimming techniques through activities. The personal challenges related to the distance or time and the merit badges awarded at the end of the session are motivators that encourage them to excel. Over the different levels, children learn various techniques and skills, including floating techniques. They will also learn four different swimming styles.

Junior 1

This level is for children from 5 to 6 years old who are able to keep their heads under the water for at least five seconds. Children learn floating techniques on their stomach and on their back.
